What if my parcel is late or does not arrive or if it is lost by the courier?Updated a year ago

In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed or lost in piggin' transit, please first attempt to contact the courier via the tracking link we sent you when the parcel left our warehouse.

They have a handy chat function on your tracking link which opens at 8am each day. They should be able to help you out sooner than coming to us.

If not,  please then contact us quoting your order reference number (starting with the letters PIG...), let us know what the issue is and we will investigate further and right any piggin' wrong for you. 

Please contact us about missing or delayed items no later than 21 days after your order was placed, because if you contact us later than that we may not be able to investigate and rectify the issue for you.
