I made a mistake and would like to return my order. Is this possible?Updated a year ago

Yes, you can return your order – as long as you contact us within 7 working days. The product must be unopened and in a resealable condition. Please let us know your order number, product description, the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or refund. Please note that the returns and refunds policy for Pig Bluey Kamado BBQs is different. More details can be found here.

All orders must be sent back unopened, in the same condition as they were supplied and they must be received within 14 days of the date that you received your order. If you'd like a refund, the full order amount will be refunded to you and processed to your payment card within 30 days. However, we cannot cover the cost of your return postage.
